Raise the Bar at your Special Event with a Full Service Cupcake Station!  Let our Cupcake Attendant create customized cupcakes for your guests, right before their eyes!  Unique Dessert Bar providing Great fun and entertainment for your Special Events!

Your guests will have a choice of cupcake flavors, cupcake frostings, fillings and toppings. A Cupcake Attendant will build their Custom Cupcake before their eyes for a fun, interactive dessert bar!  We set up the Cupcake Station, serve your guests for up to 2 1/2 hours, and clean up. Décor and cupcake colors and toppings customized to your event colors/theme are included.

CUPCAKE FAN PACKAGE $3.75 Per Person (50 person minimum) Choice of 2 cupcake flavors, 2 cupcake frostings, 2 cupcake fillings and 10 toppings.

CUPCAKE LOVERS PACKAGE $4.25 Per Person (50 person minimum) Choice of 3 cupcake flavors, 3 cupcake frostings, 2 cupcake fillings and 15 toppings.

Austin Chocolate Occasions Candy Buffets - makes more sense than DIY!

Let Austin Chocolate Occasions create a beautiful, elegant Candy Buffet display for your special event!  We can even add other desserts or add it to a Chocolate Fountain Rental for a full dessert buffet.  Your guests will rave and you can sit back and enjoy while we do all the work!

Can't I do this myself?
Most people who have tackled a candy buffet on their own spend the same amount or more money than if they hired a professional.  If you create your own candy buffet, you will need to purchase specialty glassware (at least 8-10 pieces), table decor to make your display attractive, ribbons and custom signs, candy scoops, custom candy bags, containers, bubble wrap or packaging for transport to your event location and the candy itself (without any vendor discounts).  

Additionally, you will invest hours canvassing the stores for your supplies, researching candy prices, designing and practicing the set up of your display, washing and wrapping your glassware, hauling your supplies back to the venue, setting up your display and breaking down the display at the end of the event, rewashing the glassware and figuring out what to do with your containers now that your event is over. Wow, was that tiring or what?  

We have already done all of the work and are equipped to create your customized Candy Buffet effectively and efficiently.  Our Candy Buffet starts at $3.75 per person for 100 guests and is the most competitive rate in the Austin area.  We include many extras that other services charge extra for, such as customized candy bags, and a Candy Buffet attendant.  So let us do the work for you so you can enjoy yourself with your guests, knowing that you did not break your budget.
